ACI will provide strategic consulting and direct CAW’s advertising, public relations and customer communication initiatives. The agency’s contract is for one year with options for two one-year renewals. Advantage Communications will begin its work under the new contract immediately.
Through a highly competitive selection process that included three other finalist agencies, Advantage Communications demonstrated a fully integrated communications plan that focused on Central Arkansas Water’s nearly 400,000 consumers. Proposed communication efforts will also reinforce CAW’s commitment to its nearly 300 employees and the needs of the individual municipalities and communities it serves.
“Central Arkansas Water and Advantage Communications make for an exceptional team,” stated Michael Steele, CEO of Advantage Communications. “Our agency’s passion for quality and service matches CAW’s commitment to meeting and surpassing high standards for water quality and customer satisfaction.”
Central Arkansas Water joins a growing client list at ACI including the Little Rock Convention & Visitors Bureau, Alltel Wireless, the University of Arkansas and Arkansas Diagnostic Center. “We are pleased to have earned this prestigious selection from Central Arkansas Water,” said Dr. Jim Karrh, Senior Vice President of Advantage Communications. “We look forward to serving CAW and its customers in central Arkansas.”
“We were impressed with ACI’s consumer, research, and creative approach, and we are very excited about working with the agency on strategies and initiatives for 2008 and beyond,” said Graham W. Rich, P.E., Chief Executive Officer of CAW.
