Steele has more than twenty-five years of marketing experience including pioneering work in brand marketing with the Stroh Brewery Company and The Coca-Cola Company. Beyond consumer goods, he also successfully led a group of investors in a management buyout of HomeBanc Mortgage Corporation. Steele established an outstanding track record for new-product innovations including Stroh’s Light, Diet Coke and HomePower loan products.
Steele earned a B.S. degree from Western Michigan University and the M.B.A. from Bowling Green State University.
