PERRY
Marc Perry is a leader in marketing and advertising with over 25 years of experience. Marc is passionate about solving marketing challenges for clients and supports businesses in raising their level of appeal and effectiveness through strategically sound marketing platforms. He specializes in multicultural marketing, search engine optimization, social media strategy, sponsorship sales, and strategic platform development. He has worked with a diverse array of organizations from automotive manufacturers and minority suppliers to nonprofits and Fortune 500 companies, including Chrysler and Ford Motor Company.
A decisive, creative, and high-achieving leader, Marc currently serves as President and CEO of Social Media PR Solutions, a company he founded to help entrepreneurs, businesses, and corporations take their marketing to the next level in the digital landscape. Prior to founding his newest firm, Marc previously served in leadership roles at various marketing and advertising agencies in the Metro Detroit area. Marc also founded and ran the Perry Marketing Group, a full-service marketing communications firm that he operated for 10 years.
Marc has been featured in Ebony Magazine, JET, Sister-to-Sister Magazine, and Adweek and has appeared on nationally syndicated radio shows including the Steve Harvey Morning Show and the Tom Joyner Morning Show. He has presented at the National Newspapers Publishers Association annual conference, served as a panelist at the National Association of Black Broadcasters annual conference, and received the Men of Excellence Award from The Michigan Chronicle.
Marc holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Eastern Michigan University and enjoys volunteering with the Horizons-Upward Bound program to help young men develop their reading skills and get them college-ready. He loves to read Inc. Magazine, Ad Age, and Entrepreneur in his spare time and also works as a voiceover artist. Every morning, Marc looks forward to the day ahead, embracing it as an opportunity and a blessing.
